Scipions
The family Patrician of the Scipions ( Scipio ), connects people Cornelia, constitutes a dynasty of generals and Roman statesmen of IIIe and IIe century before Jesus-Christ. This family was traditionally allied with the branch of the Paulii of the people Aemilia .
The name of this family would come from the word scipio meaning stick, ancestor of Scipions according to the legend having been used as stick of old age with his/her blind father.
