Scientific foundation of co-operation
The foundations of scientific co-operation were create by articles 344-11 to 344-16 of the Law of program for research. They are moral persons of right deprived with nonlucrative goal and of the recognized foundations public utility. Their creation is validated by decree. It is about the one of the possible statutes for a CLOSE or a RTRA.
