Schott Glaswerke AG , or more simply Schott is the name of an industrial manufacture of products in Verre of very high-quality, like the fiberoptics and the components of the flat panel displays.
The company is well-known Photographe S for the production of the components out of glass of Zeiss and of the lenses of Schneider Kreuznach, just as the filter S B+W . The company was founded in 1884 with Jena, in Germany under the name Glastechnische Laboratorium Schott & Genossen by Otto Schott, Ernst Abbe, Carl Zeiss and Roderich Zeiss.
