On this occasion, all the male members of the family of Béthel of Brooklyn were invited to engage in this school. The course consisted in making a speech in front of all the participants of the school. The women were invited to assist to with it, but at that time they could not there be registered. After the speech, the students moved in smaller rooms where all the registered voters presented speeches under the supervision of educated advisers.
