The school of the Rocks , is a French school created in 1899 in the west of Verneuil-sur-Avre (the Eure) on a campus of 60 ha, by Edmond Demolins.

It is about the first French new school. It took as a starting point the active methods tested in the English new schools of Abbotsholme and Bedales. It was a long time a high place of the active pedagogy which visited many precursors of the new education like Adolphe Ferrière and Gustave Monod.

Nowadays, it is a laic private boarding school with strong international proportion.
