School Sengo Muramasa
School celebrates manufacturers of Japanese Sabers founded by Muramasa Sengo in the province of Ise. Its first recognized work date of 1501. It belongs to the tradition of Sôchu.
The request for sabers coming from this school grows blurred when Ieyasu Tokugawa becomes shogun in 1603. Indeed, it is known as that many friends of Tokugawa fell under the blow from sabers from this school and that consequently, it prohibits the port of it.
