Schimanski

Schimanski or Police chief Schimanski or On the place of the crime: Schimanski or a police chief inquires ( Tatort ) is a German Televised series created by Horst Vocks, Thomas Wittenburg and Felix Huby and diffused since the November 29th 1970 on the network ARD. In France, the series was diffused starting from the January 10th 1990 on the Five, of the May 22nd 1994 on M6 and of the July 7th 2000 on France 2.

Synopsis

This series puts in scene the police investigations of Schimanski Horst in the town of Duisburg. Rather crasseux, badly equipped, coarse, not very respectful of the payments, it is the anti Derrick!

This series which did not join together less than one about fifteen million televiewers in Germany was stopped in 1991… to reappear in 1997, with always as much of success.
