Scene
The scene , of the Greek σκηνη , skènè : try, covered place, indicates with the Théâtre, the adventure playground (Avant-scène included/understood) and the slides, compared to the room where are the spectators, where the actors play. It is also called, in the jargon of the theater, the plate.
From the point of view dramaturgic, This word means, moreover, divisions of a act, given as from approximately 1650 by the entry or the exit of one or more characters. The scene is subdivided sometimes in tables.
When an author can distribute the dramatic composition so as to draw from his same divisions the greatest effect and to revive the interest by each change of scene presented to the spectators, it is said that it has “the agreement of the scene”.
A scene with Italian the is designed according to the principles of the Italian Renaissance. The framework of scene is perceived like a table, composed according to “the eye of the prince”, i.e. in order to be seen of face, in a single place in the room. This place allows the exact coincidence of this “eye” with the exact center of the decorations. Dioramas and slides painted in prospect as well as a floor for inclined scene (low with the framework of scene and highest at the bottom of scene) are the characteristics of the scene to “Italian”.
