Scaly Polypore
The scaly Polypore (or Polyporus squamosus in Latin) is one of lignicolous Champignon Basidiomycète of the family of the Polyporacées.

The polypores are very common Champignon S, with tubes, parasites but also Saprophyte S of weakness of a great number of leafy trees, more rarely of conifers.
Description
The scaly Polypore is a mushroom of yellow color brown, strewn with concentric lines of small scales brown dark, which has a circular form being able to sometimes take the aspect of a levelled kidney and which while growing resembles then a beautiful range (5-60 cm). It has a thick, elastic flesh and coriace of white color spreading a strong odor of flour. It especially pushes all the year (long-lived) on the trunks of the fruit trees, the oaks, the ashes, the beeches, the lilacs and the poplars but more rarely on the fir trees. It dangerously parasitizes all these trees and the fact slowly of perishing.
Use
It is a rather good edible mushroom which must be consumed young because later it becomes hard and can then cause digestive disorders.
