The satyr or shrew is a Lépidoptère pertaining to Nymphalidae.

Scale: 19 to 25 Misters
Distribution: west of the Europe until in Iran and North Africa.
Period of flight of the adults: since the beginning of March.
Plant-hosts: Graminaceous S like those of the kinds Poa, Dactylis and especially Brachypodium .
