Biography

It is while accompanying, at the thirteen years age, one of his/her friends to a casting that Sara takes its first steps in the entertainment world. At the conclusion of its first hearings, it obtains small roles often limiting itself to appearances.

In 2004, it is the revolving one: it is revealed by its formidable first role in Dodging , that of Lydia, 15 years, young girl of city HLM repeating of the Marivaux for a representation of end of school year, role for which it gains the César better most promising young actress. Thanks to the sacring of the film which gains principal César (better film, realizer, scenario), Dodging arises in room on March 2nd, 2005, with a better distribution than at the time of its exit one year before, the January 7th 2004. In 2006, she interprets Hell, heroin tragic and lost novel of Lolita Pille, in film of Bruno Chiche, which she plays with Nicolas Duvauchelle.

Sara Forestier should also be with the poster of next film of Olivier Château, a thriller whose turning is in preparation.

Comments

As opposed to what could let think its interpretation of the main character of the film Dodging , it is not originating in a “Banlieue”: she worked the role with the director Abdellatif Kechiche, who did not wish to work with experienced actors, before letting herself convince by her talent.

It then integrated the Cours Florent.
