Santhiaba Manjacque CR is a rural Communauté of Senegal, Arrondissement of Cabrousse located in the Département of Oussouye, a subdivision of the Région of Ziguinchor in the historical area of Casamance in the south of the country.

The rural community is in the south, along the border of Guinea Bissau.
