Santalum

The kind Santalum commercially gathers woody plants which can be is trees or shrubs, most known being the wood of Indian Santal, Santalum album . Much is parasitic chlorophyllian. Many species, like S. album , produce a very aromatic wood, used in perfumery or herb trade.
