Sanjiv Ahuja

Sanjiv Ahuja is the Managing director of Orange SA since March 2004, and Vice President Exécutif (Department of communication Personal) of the group France Telecom. It had joined the France Telecom group on April 23rd, 2003 like Chief Operating Office of Orange on a world level.

Other functions

Since May 19th, 2006, he is nonexecutive director of the group Cadbury Schweppes.

Career

Before joining Orange, he was chairman of Comstellar Technologies, a Californian start-up in the sector of technologies of the information.
He was President de Telcordia Technologies (previously Bellcore), a large American equipment supplier in telecommunications providing 80% of the operators of the E. - U..
Il started its career at IBM in 1979 as data-processing engineer, and evolved/moved there in different role from direction, in particular carrying out the entry of IBM in the software for telecommunications.

Formation

It has a diploma for the occupation of engineer in electrical engineering of the university of Delhi in India, and a control in data processing of the Université of Columbia to New York city in the United States.
