Definition

A sandwich is in general composed of Pain and a simple set (Jambon, Fromage,…) or made up (Tuna, mayonnaise, egg and Tomato for example). The sandwich is built most of the time by opening the bread then by introducing the trimming and while closing again, although it can also be created by putting trimming on a bread section then by adding another section over. The sandwich is popular because it can be eaten without covers, and asks a preparation of simplest and more rapid. It is the principal product of the Fast-food industry.
