San Cristóbal (Galápagos)
San Cristobal is located at the east of the archipelago in the administrative center of the Galápagos, the capital is Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Its airport constitutes the starting point of tourist cruisings. The most visited sites are Punta Pitt, Isla Lobos, Leon Dormido (Kicker Rock) and lake Junco.
Punta Pitt has a large variety of plants and animals and vast ideal sand beaches for the bathe.
The Leon Dormido where two rocks surprisingly suggest the shape of a deadened lion is a spectacular vertical rock of more than 180 meters in height overhanging the ocean.
