Sanūsiyya
Founded Moslem religious brotherhood in Mecque in 1837 by Large Senussi Sayyid Muhammad ibn Ali have-Senussi (1791-1859) which was established in Libya, with the Chad, in Algérie, with the Sudan, the Niger and in Egypt. The brotherhood fought the Italian and French presence and reached the throne in Libya.

- Sidi Muhammad Idris Al-Mahdi Al-Senussi (1916 - 1969), king de Libye (death in 1983)
- Sayyid Hassan rear-Wrinkled Al-Mahdi have-Sanussi (1969 - 1992)
- Sayyid Muhammad bin Sayyid Hassan rear-Wrinkled Al-Mahdi have-Sanussi (1992 - nowadays)
