Samuel von Pufendorf is a lawyer and German Philosophe of the natural Right, born the January 8th 1632, dead the October 13rd 1694.

It is known to have developed original designs of the natural company, natural law, sovereign capacity and double contract. Pufendorf is one of the large schoolmasters of the natural right.

It is one of the inspirers of the principles of the American Constitution of 1787 (according to the bond on anthropology).
