Salted meadows of bay of Somme

AOC Prés salted of Bay of Somme is a Appellation of controlled origin (AOC) of French Viande Ovin E bouchère . It obtained label AOC in 2007.

Soil

It is about a surface of breeding, demolition and conditioning on four portion of department: Oise, Pas-de-Calais, Seine-Maritime and Somme. In this surface is defined a maritime grazing area, a fodder zone and a zone of sheep-folds.

Animals
