Salad niçoise

The salad niçoise is a famous culinary speciality of the County of Nice, carried out containing Crudité S, of egg S hard, Anchois and Olive oil.

As opposed to what one is useful in many restaurants, the salad niçoise never contains neither Riz, neither Potatoes, neither French beans, nor no Légume cooked.
