Sakre
Sakre is the Basque word indicating swearword , imprecation . The Malédiction can take place by means of Formule S Imprécatoire S, of Geste S, Symbole S.

The evil eye or Begizko is also equivalent to a curse. The Magus which burns a Chandelle twisted, image of the hated person, entrusts to this operation symbolic system the responsibility to destroy or make die the enemy.
In much of place one believes that there is in the course of the day one moment when the effectiveness of the curse is real (Licq, Oiartzun). In villages one says that it is at midday. To make the curse even more Effective, some makes it with knees or after having traced a Croix on the ground and to have embraced it.
Here a formula of conditional curse which a woman launched who stole the Rosaire of the effigy of the Virgin venerated in the hermitage of Andre arriaga (valley of Oiartzun).

Etymology
Sakre means " imprécation " out of Basque. the suffix has indicates the article: sakre' a' thus results in " the imprécation".
Note
There does not exist kind ( male , female ) in the Basque language and all the letters decide. There is thus no association as for French or WHICH decides KI .
