Sajid Mir

Sajid Mir is one of the alleged leaders of the Pakistani radical islamist movement Lashkar-e-Toiba (LET).

Suspected of having projected attacks in Australia with the Pakistani radical movement Lashkar-e-Toiba (LET), Sajid Mir is the object of a French warrant for arrest.

Legal procedure

October 20th, 2006, the French judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere signed the Dismissal order in front of the magistrates' court of Paris of Sajid Mir and Willie Brigitte. They will be judged from February 7th to 9th 2007 in front of the 14th room for " criminal association with a company terroriste" , ten years of prison a qualification liable.
