The the Community of Common Vineyards and wooded Valleys of the Country Buriaud include/understand the nine of the ten communes of the canton of Burie: Burie, Chérac, Dompierre-on-Charente, Migron, Saint-Breaking-of-Wood, Saint-Césaire, Saint-Saving, Seure and Villars-the-Wood.

Taxation

The taxation is of a rate of 9,51% for the tax from dwelling, 16,27% on the land frame, 49,03% on not built and 18,79% of professional tax, and as the community of communes takes on all four tax, respectively 1,67%,3,25%,8,06% and 3,07% that gives on the whole and before the department and the area are added to it, 11,18% for the tax of dwelling, 19,52% on the land frame, 57,09% on not built and 21,82% of professional tax (figures 2007).
