Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel (in Dutch Sint-Silvesterkappel ) is a common Frenchwoman, located in the department of the Northern and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

St Sylvestre-Cappel is a village located on the way of the Roman armies between Cassel and Caëstre.
