The name of the commune would come from the monks of Saint-Sulpice-of-Moors which occupied the church of Holy-Marie-of-Moors in XIIe century.

Vault Saint-Clement

The Church of the Old man-Borough. Built at the beginning of XVe century, the church of the Old man-Borough contains murals. These last were discovered in 1884 pennies a lime paint posed during the French revolution. They represent scenes of the Ancien and New Testament, as well as ecclesiastical history. The church is classified historic building in its entirety since 1977 and belongs to the department since 1979.
