Saint-Pierre cathedral the Holy ones

The Cathédrale Saint-Pierre Holy is the Cathédrale of the town of Saintes, located in Charente-Maritime. It was built at the 12th century on an old Romance church of which there remains a cupola, but the building site was stopped with 17th (after one period without changes until the 15th century). The building underwent the wars of religion and construction forever really finished. Originally, an arrow had been planned for the top of the building, but, because of its incompletion, a dome was built in the place.
