- July 1st 1855: Constitution of the municipality of Saint-Paulin cheese parish at the time of the original municipal décpipage of Quebec.
- 1861 : Constitution of the municipality of the canton of Hunterstown starting from not-organized territories.
- 1925 : A modest part of Saint-Paulin cheese is detached to become the municipality of the Saint-Paulin cheese village
- February 27th 1988: Fusion enters the Saint-Paulin cheese village and parish as well as Hunterstown to become the municipality of Saint-Paulin cheese .
