Saint-Ouen-the-Parey is a common French, located in the department of the the Vosges and the area Lorraine.

Its inhabitants is called the Odéens .

Geography

Formed the March 5th 1833 by the meeting of Parey and Saint-Ouen, the commune is sprinkled by the Anger, affluent of the Mouzon. It is skirted to the North-West by the highway A31.
