Saint-Maurice-on-Aveyron

Saint-Maurice-on-Aveyron is a common French, located in the department of the Loiret and the area Center.
The double denomination (with the orthography “Averon” until worms end of the 18th century) is attested at least since the beginning of the 17th century), probably because of the existence of a Saint-Maurice geographically close and in same the diocese and archidiaconé, Saint-Maurice-on-Fessard.
