Saint-Marc Girardin
Saint-Marc Girardin , pseudonym of Marc Girardin (February 19th 1801 with Paris - January 1st 1873 with the Morsang-on-Seine), is a politician and critical literary French.
He is professor of French poetry to the Louis-the-Large Collège and the Sorbonne, appointed in 1834, 1848 and 1871, adviser of State and Minister for the State education in 1848.
Critical with the Newspaper of DEBATEs and collaborator with the the Review of the Two Worlds , it is elected member of the French Academy in 1844.
