The parish of Saint-Méloir, wedged in the évêché of Saint-Malo belonged to the deanery of concerning Bobital évêché of Fraud and was under the term of Saint Méloir.

  • 18 floréal Year II (May 7th, 1794): absorptive by the commune of Québriac
  • May 11th, 1836: detached from the Québriac commune and of absorptive by the commune of Tinténiac
  • December 25th, 1997: with taken the Saint-Méloir-of-Wood name
