Saint-Laurent-of-Cognac is a common French, located in the department of the Charente and the area Poitou-Charentes.
Geography
The St. Lawrence de Cognac is a commune made up of two principal Village S which is both located on Right Bank of the Charente:- the St. Lawrence

History
The protohistoric occupation is attested there by a circular gap between the mill of the St. Lawrence and the hamlet the Variation and a square ditch of 20 meters with dimensions in the North-West from Chaussat.A site of pottery and tegulæ was propecté close to Jarnouzeau and various vases of sigillée ceramics coming from Jarnouzeau, are exposed to the Cognac museum.
