Saint-Jean-with-Wood is a common French, located in the department of the Oise and the area Picardy.

The inhabitants are called the Solitaires because in 1794 under the French revolution the village takes the name of Loneliness .

It is a forest commune, located in Forêt of Compiegne, made of villages of Bucheron S of which Midsummer's Day, Malassise, Brévière

History

The Saint-Jean-with-Wood village would originate in a Monastère 12th century built with the site of a Chapelle.

The borough would have been built apart from the Abbatiale during its extinction towards 1761.
