Saint-Jacut-of-Carried out is a common department of the Coast-with Armor, in the area Brittany, in France.

History
Saint-Jacut-of-carried out comes from the Saint-Jacut-of-the-Sea abbey, still called formerly Saint-Jacut-in-the Isle (abbey rested by Jacut saint and his twin brother Guethenoc (Gwézénec).Saint-Jacut-of-carried out is a dismemberment of the old primitive parish of Plessala. The church ( ecclesia Sancti Jacuti de Selmene ) is quoted since 1163 in a bubble of the pope to the number of the possessions of the abbey of Saint-Jacut-in-the Isle (Anc. év. IV, 278). Initially priory-cure of this one, it does not seem any more to have bonds with it as of XVIe century. The parish ( parrochia of Sancto Jacuto de Mene ) is mentioned since 1269 at the time of the donation with the abbey of Boquen of a dîme with Corbière and the Bush (Anc. év. III, 260). A charter of 1439 of Boquen quotes the maladrery of Saint-Jagut. According to Ogée: “in 1450, the abbey of Saint-Jacut had a noble manor of Guerinais and a water mill known as of Saint-Jacut…. ”.
The parish of Saint-Jacut (- of-Carried out) belongs, under the Ancien Mode, with the diocese of Saint-Brieuc. In 1789, it had for Moncontour subdelegation and a spring the royal seat of Rennes. The cure was with the alternative. Saint-Jacut-of-carried out its first municipality at the beginning of 1790 elects. Although set up in commune in 1790, Saint-Gilles-of-Carried out (Saint-Gilles) remains until 1807 a trève of the parish of Saint-Jacut (- of-Carried out). By decree of July 17th, 1805, the parish branch of Saint-Jacut-of-Carried out is joined together with that of Collinée. By ordinance of March 16th, 1820, is set up the branch of Saint-Jacut-of-Carried out, which is then separated from that of Collinée. The name is initially Saint-Jacut. Addition “- of-Carried out” appears as of on February 12th, 1821.
The territory of the commune is increased twice, with the costs of that of Gouray: enclave of Bransart or Bransac (stopped of October 24th, 1823) and villages of Gouillère (or Goulière), the Oak grove, Tiolais (or Thiollaye), Ruais, $the Hague and the Rock (law of August 10th, 1849).
Following names are met: Eccl. S. Jacuti de Selmene (in 1163), par. of S. Jacuto of Carries out (in 1269), par. of S. Jacuto (in 1271).

Places and monuments
- the church Saint-Jacut (1843). The first stone of the church is posed on April 4th, 1843. The Clocher of the church is destroyed by the lightning in 1936 and is rebuilt at once.
- the vault of Notre-Dame of the Good-Comfort (16th century). It is in this vault that meet notable parish, on April 5th, 1789, in order to write their register of grievances (with in the chair Pierre Mathurin Caresnel). The vault shelters a statue out of wooden of " Jesus priant" (17th century) and a statue out of wooden of Notre-Dame (XVIIe century);
- the vault Saint-Jean-Baptist and Saint-Anthony (about 1656). The side door is marked armorial bearings of the family of the Locmaria Park. One finds in the vault of the fragments of stained glasses of XVIe century and the statues of Jean-Baptiste saint and holy Madeleine, out of polychrome limestone, dating from the 15th century.
- crosses of the Suspension brace, Notre-Dame of Good-Comfort (XVIIe century), Rohée, Filled (XVIIIe century), Bransac (XVIe century) and the vault of the Park (base gone back to 1656).
- the castle of the Park Locmaria (XVIe-XVIIe centuries). The lord of the place returns justice to the audience of Thiollaye. At the XVIIe century, Jean of the Park obtains the concession of two fairs and a market, not far from the castle, with permission to build markets. On a chimney and a door the blazon of the family of the Park is reproduced. The field passes then by alliance to the families of Cleuz of the Pledge to the XVIIe century, and Kerrouartz at the XVIIIe century. The private vault goes back to 1656. The castle is in the course of restoration since 1987. A baker's oven and a dovecote with 400 putlog-holes are seen there.
- the manor of Goulière (XVIIe century).
- the house of Bransac (XVIIe-XVIIIe centuries).
- the old miraculous fountain, located not far from the vault Saint-Jean-Baptist and Saint-Anthony. Its water was considered to cure piglets.
- water mills of Jacut Saint, Herdière, the Park.
- the Menhir of the City-with-Knight, length 7 m and reversed.
- two menhirs of the Key or Martinais (Neolithic time ). Both are long 5 m and one is reversed.
- the tomb stone (Early middle ages), located Place of the Church.
- the mound called castle of Couaille.
- the camp of the Old man-Park.
- the camp of the Pond.
- Vestiges of a Gallo-Roman villa to the Ford-Haria.
