Saint-Gervais-Ground-Open
Old commune of the Herault, the Saint-Gervais-Ground-Open commune of (also called Saint-Gervais-Ground ) was removed in 1830. Its territory was distributed between the following communes:
- Turned pink , essentially of the territory.
- Castanet-le-Haut , for the hamlets of Ginestet, Fagairolles, Barraquette, Coste.
- Saint-Genius-with-Varensal , for the hamlet of Albes.
- Saint-Gervais-on-Pond , for the hamlet of Nières.
Under old the mode, the community of Saint-Gervais-Ground-Open belonged to the diocese of Castres, except Douch, which depended on the diocese of Béziers and Sénas which depended on the diocese of Saint-Pons-with-Thomières. During the creation of the departments, the commune was attached to the Département of the Tarn until year X.
