The Saint-Genix brioche is a speciality of the village of Saint-Genix-on-Guiers, this brioche was created by the Labully family about 1860. The mark " Labully" cake; was deposited since 1880 to defend know-how. This round brioche (approximately 600 G) with the characteristic to be covered with sugar and decorated with dress.
