Saint-Denis - University (subway of Paris)
The station Saint-Denis - University currently constitutes the terminus of the Ligne 13 of the subway of Paris. It is located at the north of the commune of Saint-Denis, in Seine-Saint-Denis.
The station
Inaugurated the May 25th 1998, it succeeds, as its name indicates it, vis-a-vis the Université of Paris VIII in Saint-Denis. In a few years, it should also serve the new center of the Public records, whose establishment was announced on a ground of the commune of Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, near to the station and its coach station.
The quays and the ways are under a flagstone which is used as market of reception. The quays are in the shape of “I”, as with the Basilique station of Saint-Denis: broad at the two ends, of the professional buildings reduce their width to the center. The ways are prolonged beyond the line open to the public, towards a point of reversal and sidings.
Correspondences
The coach station sees passing from the lines of bus of the RATP and the Courriers of the Ile-de-France (CIF) circulating towards the north of Paris, in the west of the Seine-Saint-Denis, the north of the Hauts-de-Seine and the south of the Val-d'Oise. Bus depot the RATP of Saint-Denis is to a few hundred meters of the station.-

Projects of extension
Projects evoked the prolongation of the line 13 towards Stains - the Cherry orchard, station of future the Tangentielle North Noisy-Sartrouville, but no concrete realization was started.
