Saint-Denis-on-Richelieu

Saint-Denis-on-Richelieu is a Municipalité Quebec, located in the regional Municipalité of county of It Valley-of-Richelieu the and in the administrative area of the Montérégie. The village was colonized towards 1740 and is amongst other things the site of a battle of the Rébellion of the Patriots. The city is named in the honor of Denis of Paris.
