Saint-Christophe is a common French, located in the department of the Savoy and the area the Rhone-Alps.

Because of the presence of the Caves of the Scales on the commune, and to distinguish it from the other communes bearing this name, the commune of Saint-Christophe is very often called Saint-Christophe-the-Cave, but this name is not official. The Cave is however the name of the chief town of the village.
