The commune is crossed by an affluent of the Luy, the brook of the Grand Arrigan (23,5 km) and by the brook of Lataillade (13,7 km), an affluent of the Gave of Pau.

Toponymy
The toponym Saint-Bosom-in-Béarn appears in the forms Sanctus-Gerontius (1101, cartulaire of Lescar), Feel-Bosoms (1322, cartulaire of Orthez), Feels-Gerontz (1404, titles of Herrère), Sanctz-Guyrontz and Saint-Guirons (respectively 1546 and 1675, reformation of Béarn), Saint-Bosoms (1863, topographic dictionary Basque Béarn-Country).Saint-bosoms is a saint martyr in Aire at the 4th century. The locality bears the name of the saint evangelist of Chalosse (Holy Géronce), transcribed in standard French in the form of Saint-Bosoms.

The surrounding wall of this cemetery (to take the small way at the level of the war memorials and which leads to a hollow), presents a round-off which correpondait with the chorus of the old church, rebuilt to identical on its current site. The interior is roomy and clear. One owes one of the restorations of the building to the last holder of the Saint-Boës parish and Saint-Bosoms, the Canton abbot, who collaborated liberally of his sums of money in renovation works of the churches of his double parish.
