Saint-Armel is a common French, located in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine and the area Brittany. Its inhabitants are called Armeliens.

History
The historians agree to think that the village draws its name from Saint Armel, celebrates holy 6th century which according to the local legend embanked a dragon in a close forest. Besides one finds still today in the church a relic in the form of jaw of this last.
