Saint-Ambroise (subway of Paris)

Saint-Ambroise is a station of the Métro of Paris, on the line 9 in the 11 {{E}} district of Paris.

The station

It owes its name in Ambroise (340-394), born in Trier in Germany whose father was prefect of Gaulle.

This station is under the Voltaire boulevard. The Church Saint-Ambroise was rebuilt following a decree of January 24th, 1863 during the modernization of the district.
