Saijô (西条市; - shi) is a city of the Préfecture of Ehime to the Japan.

November 1st 2004, the towns of Toyo, Komatsu and Tanbara amalgamated with Saijô. After this fusion, the city had a population of 116.847 inhabitants for a density of 229 hab/km ². Total surface area of the east city of 509,78 km ².

The city was founded on April 29th 1941. Like famous people born in Saijô, one can quote Kaori Manabe (personality of television).

The city is served by the trunk roads 11,192,194,196.
