Safety of transport
The safety of transport is an important concern for the owners of system of Transport and for the national authorities and international. Transport, whatever the mode, is an activity which comprises Risque S important on the one hand because of Speed related to displacement of the moving parts (Véhicule S, cabins, etc) and on the other hand, for the public transport by the fact that they can concern many people. One can distinguish the internal risks for the Voyageur S and the Personnel, and the risks external for the thirds, the residents of the infrastructures and for the natural environment. This situation induced the constitution of a bulky Réglementation, initially on the national plan, then, with the development of transport international, air in particular, with the international level and world.

- It is important to define scales of dangerosity or Toxicité. Certain insidious risks can not be perceived with the first access.
Causes of accidents
The causes of accidents can be allotted:

- accidental intrusion (example: road vehicle immobilized on a Crossing level);
