Saeb Erekat

Saeb Erekat (صائبعريقات), born the April 28th 1955 with Jerusalem, regarded as a close relation of Yasser Arafat was the chief of the Palestinian negotiators, during the presidency of this last. It belonged to all the teams of negotiators with Israel, except that which had secretly negotiated the Accords of Oslo of 1993. It is titular of a Bachelor off Arts and of a Master off Arts of the Université of State of San Francisco in international relations. It is also titular of a doctorate in of the University of Bradfordde in England.
