Sadakazu Tanigaki
Sadakazu Tanigaki () is a politician Japan board born the March 7th 1945 with Fukuchiyama. Tanigaki is Minister for Finance of the government of Jun' ichirō Koizumi of the November 19th 2003 with the September 25th 2006. Tanigaki was born in Tōkyō and made its studies with the Azabu college. He is the son of a former Japanese politician. In 1974, it leaves graduate in right of the Université of Tōkyō and starts to work as secretary of its father, then Minister for the Education of Japan. It makes a success of the examination of entry to the bar in 1979 and becomes lawyer in 1982.
The death of his/her father in 1983, pushes it to take again the torch of the policy. Tanigaki moves with Kyōto and is made elect with the seat of his/her father, always under the label of the democratic Liberal party.
In 1997, it is briefly with the head of the Agency of Sciences and Technologies. With the arrival of Koizumi at the station of Prime Minister, Tanigaki obtains several governmental wallets and he is Minister for Finance since the September 22nd 2003.
Since 2002, Tanigaki is with the head of a faction of the democratic Liberal party, making in the past party of the faction Kochikai . This faction is made up of 11 members in the Lower House and 4 in the Upper House.
Tanigaki makes party with Shinzō Abe, Tarō Asō and Yasuo Fukuda of the potential successors of Jun' ichirō Koizumi at the post of Prime Minister. Tanigaki is regarded as one of the center candidates of the batch. Tanigaki, contrary to Abe and Aso, is declared that he would not visit very not discussed Sanctuaire of Yasukuni if he became Prime Minister.
The July 28th 2006 Tanigaki made application form for the presidency of the PLD. At the time of the election on September 20th, 2006, it finishes third and the last with 102 votes behind the winner Shinzō Abe (464 votes) and Tarō Asō (136 votes).
