Sadaharu Oh

Sadaharu Oh (in Japanese and Chinese 王貞治; born the May 20th, 1940 with Tōkyō, Japan) is a Japanese player of baseball which played in Japan between 1959 and 1980. It holds the world records for the greatest number of blows of circuit in career with 868, having exceeded the total of Hank Aaron which struck 755 circuits with the the United States. It is currently the manager at the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks.

Oh led the Japanese League 15 times to the blows of circuit, including 13 times of at a stretch, and also carried out the league in points produced for 13 different seasons. With the Yomiuri Giants, Oh was named 9 times the Meilleur player of the League and was elected 18 times in the team of stars. It also led the league 5 times to the average with the stick, including two triple crowns. It had an average in career of 0,301,2170 produced points and 2786 sure Coups, third of the history of the League. It also holds the record for only one season with 55 circuits. In Japan they play only 130 parts per season, in comparison with 162 in the United States. By calculating the number of sure blows per part and multiplying it by 162,2786 sure blows is thus equivalent to approximately 3471 sure blows if the seasons were made up of 162 parts.

Oh became managing Giants between 1984 and 1988 where it gained the central Ligue in 1987. It returned in 1995 with the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, gaining there the peaceful Ligue three times in 1999, 2000 and 2003. He was also the manager of the Japanese team to the world Classique of baseball in 2006. Its team gained the championship vis-a-vis Cuba in the final.

He was elected with the Temple of re-elected baseball of Japan in 1994.
