Sacueni (in Hungarian Székelyhíd ) is a city of the west of the Romania, located in the Judet of Bihor, area of Transylvania. It counts: 11,665 inhabitants.
It is located at 47°35 northern latitude and 22°1 of western longitude, to 10 km of the Hungarian border. A new point of transborder passage was inaugurated in 2004 between Sacueni and Letavertes.
Among the collections of its ethnographic and historical museum are archaeological discoveries dating from the Neolithic , proof of the human presence in the area as of the Préhistoire.
The group Tini Dance is famous in the area, and occurs also abroad.
Sacueni is twinned with Letavertes (Hungary) and Ecaussinnes (Belgium)
