Despite everything, the diffusion of the first emission (on television), and the following ones, censured, but taken again and diffused freely on the Net, were an enormous success. The disagreement with Mediaset is then cancelled by the magistrates, considering the charges of Médiaset unfounded.

Viva Zapatero!

In 2005, it presents to Venice, at the time of a demonstration of cinema, its last documentary film, " docu-fiction" , Viva Zapatero!, which wants to be a lampoon supported on the address of the capacity in place, and denouncing the problems of Freedom of expression in Italy, with the contribution of comic satirists of other European countries.

It is gaining it of the 28th edition, of the Festival of Italian film of Villerupt. For this film, it gains 3 Amilcar (trophy) (ex æquo with " Sotto it plate nero" (under the black sun) of Enrico Will see).

In its documentary, it is not defined as journalist, but as comic satirist, and explains the way in which the capacity in place seeks to requalify its work in order to register it in a step of censure applied to the media, television programs like written press. The satire concerned with the right to freedom of expression in a democracy, to qualify its work differently constitutes, says it, an attempt to undermine this expression.
