Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah
Sabah IV Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (born in 1929) is the emir of the Kuwait since the January 29th 2006 date of its confirmation by the National Assembly.
Prime Minister since July 2003, he was previously Foreign Minister during 40 years of 1963 to 2003.
True strong man of the Kuwait whom it has directed de facto for several years, it reached the throne after protracted negotiations following the dismissal by the Parliament of his predecessor, sheik Saad Al-Abdallah Al-Sabah, the successor designated, sick, due to incapacity.
